I’m not chasing anymore.

I’ve literally wasted half a century worrying about all the wrong things. Good things will come to those that have faith; to those that wait. I’ve been concerned about those that aren’t concerned about me and I’ve given the crown to those that don’t deserve it. But I know that good things will come. Honestly, almost all of the connections that I’ve made up to this point I don’t really care about; excluding a select few. I’m in the process of enjoying life, living, freelancing this cold, cold world. I’ve got my stilettos, my faith, and a whole lot of drive.

There’s no way possible you can force somebody into loving/liking you the way you love/like them. When things seem one sided, they normally are. If they don’t want you, they don’t want you. I’m still learning that the hard way.
